Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have been cleaned, or are missing original components.
How to Return
Email us at hello@shadestech.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping address. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 5 days of receiving authorization.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (JazzCash or Easypaisa). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@shadestech.shop with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you.
