1. General

By accessing shadestech.shop, you agree to these terms. ShadesTech is operated by OCEANNET (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.

3. Shipping

We ship within Pakistan only. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over Rs. 8,000. A flat rate of Rs. 295 applies to orders below this threshold. International shipping is not currently available.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method after we receive the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective or incorrect items are eligible for free return shipping.

5. Product Images

We strive to display product colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product images are for reference; minor differences do not constitute a defect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on shadestech.shop — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of ShadesTech and OCEANNET (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShadesTech is not liable for indirect damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
